He is great. Called him to come to jet our pipes and he came quick and fast. Job only took him 45 min and everything was done. Even made the pipes and inside of the house smell like citrus. I definitely recommend richard rooter guy

I had a major sewer blockage to where it backed up into my bathtubs. They came and showed up to my house right on time and were clean, neat, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and I could not have been happier. The blockage was severe and they gave proof positive the whole house was cleared and good to go. I highly recommend Richard Rooter Guy to ANYONE who needs a drain cleaned or blockage cleared.

I was having slow drain problems and contacted Richard Rooter Guy. Over the phone, he gave me a decent estimate then scheduled the work right away. He came out with "camera locate" inspection equipment, and about 60' out from my home, he showed me the tree roots that were causing the problems. He then ran his cutter blade through the blockage, and re-ran his camera through the sewer line. Blockage gone! I now have a free flowing main line now and he also gave me a copy of the video which shows what was there, what is not there anymore and it also showed the distance on this video. I am very impressed!

Came out right away on a Saturday afternoon. Has all the equipment necessary including a camera. Knowledgeable and friendly, got the job done by dinner time!
